Thank you for your interest in being part of the PBCCS Family! Our Open Enrollment period is now open. Please complete New Student Application to Enroll 2019-20 and return it to the office by March 15 to be entered in the lottery for the 2019-20 school year.
Applying for 2019-20
Applications for the 2019-20 school year are available on our website and the front office. The enrollment period is February 15-March 15. If you submitted an application after March 15 last year, and space was not available for your student, your application will go through the lottery process.
How classes are filled
PBCCS will have an overall enrollment of 220 students for the 2019-20 school year. Per ORS 338.125, priority is given as follows:
After the lottery PBCCS will notify you within one week via phone, email or letter regarding your student’s enrollment opportunity with PBCCS, or their rank on the waiting list. Once an offer for enrollment is made, you have one week to accept. If you do not respond or decline within the week, your student will be moved to the decline list, and you must reapply. As we work through our waiting list, we may notify you over the summer or after school starts in the fall of enrollment opportunities. If an enrollment offer is made after August 15, or after school starts for the 2019-20 year, you must respond within two business days.
PBCCS highly encourages you to visit our campus, ask questions and learn more about our place-based mission. If school is in session we can arrange for you and/or your child to visit a class. Please contact the office at 541-548-1166 with any questions, or to arrange a tour.
