School Based Health Center – Crook Kids Clinic
Crook County School Based Health Center accepts all individuals regardless of ability to pay. All payer mixes; those uninsured, underinsured, and self-pay are welcome. Health Centers provide services that include but are not limited to treatment when you’re sick, dental care, normal checkups, mental health, substance abuse help, and more. Rimrock Trails
Rimrock Trails provides mental health counseling and substance use treatment services for children, teens, adults and families. Rimrock Trails is an in-network provider for many insurance companies, and also service individuals with Oregon Medicaid benefits. Deschutes County Behavioral Health Clinic
While Deschutes County Behavioral Health primarily works with those on the Oregon Health Plan they encourage anyone, regardless of insurance, to call. They provide access services to adults, children, and families. If you are in crisis, please call (541) 322-7500, opt.#9.
